Sage has experience in a wide range of projects using both CERCLA and RCRA rules, as well as State risk-reduction rules and other State guidance programs. We conduct both buyer and seller Phase I environmental site assessments and Phase II assessments, including full-scale environmental, process, economic, and liability limitation evaluations; program development; sampling of groundwater, surface and subsurface soil, and groundwater; soil remediation; and aquifer characterization.
These investigations include assessments of actual and predictive contaminants across all industrial programs. Sage implements, manages, and supervises on- and off-site subsurface investigations, industrial property assessments, groundwater monitoring, and remediation projects in prime contractor, project oversight, and third-party roles.
We have extensive experience in the preparation and defense of site investigation reports, Phase I and Phase II reports, monitoring reports, affected property assessment reports (APARs), response action work plans, and response action completion reports (RACRs), as well as other liability and impact reporting requirements.
